You can request account closure by contacting 5ph1 customer support via live chat. Before closing, any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method. Note that if you're closing due to a gambling problem, the self-exclusion tool may be more appropriate — it provides immediate protection without requiring a withdrawal to be processed first.
